A name, location, or other query entered in a search box is sent to the third-party company that operates that tool. The site does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's policy controls its handling of the query.

These requests do not change records maintained by the Monroe County Sheriff, Monroe County Jail, Kentucky courts, Kentucky DOC, or another linked source. Kentucky public records are governed by the originating agency and laws including KRS 61.870 through KRS 61.884.
